Every machine we sell is covered by a parts warranty with various lengths beginning from the date of purchase, as evidenced by a valid sales receipt. The warranty does not cover labor, shipping costs, or damage resulting from shipping or faulty handling or operation of the machine. / It is the purchaser’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect a machine before signing the shipping company’s acceptance of receipt. Any damage claim arising after the purchaser signs the shipping acceptance is the purchaser’s responsibility. / We are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays and will not honor payment for any additional services requested by the purchaser and performed by the shipping company. / We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will gladly exchange any machine that is delivered in a non-working condition (not resulting from shipping damage). An exchange request must be received within 7 days of delivery of the machine and the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. / We do not exercise control over the design, manufacture, testing, or certification of the machines we sell. The manufacturer is solely responsible for all safety and compliance issues. By purchasing through this website or any other online or electronically accessible medium, you agree to hold us harmless for any and all activity related to the design, manufacture, sale, and operation of the machine that is outside of our direct control. / Any dispute that cannot be amicably resolved shall be adjudicated under Texas law in the courts of Houston, Texas. / If you disagree with these Terms of Sale, notify us before your order is shipped and we will cancel the transaction and issue a refund.
