Every machine we sell is covered by a parts warranty with various lengths beginning from the date of purchase, as evidenced by a valid sales receipt. The warranty does not cover labor, shipping costs, or damage resulting from shipping or faulty handling or operation of the machine. / It is the purchaser’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect a machine before signing the shipping company’s acceptance of receipt. Any damage claim arising after the purchaser signs the shipping acceptance is the purchaser’s responsibility. / We are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays and will not honor payment for any additional services requested by the purchaser and performed by the shipping company. / We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will gladly exchange any machine that is delivered in a non-working condition (not resulting from shipping damage). An exchange request must be received within 7 days of delivery of the machine and the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange. / We do not exercise control over the design, manufacture, testing, or certification of the machines we sell.
